Order Summary
All book orders are considered final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This applies to cases such as change of mind, wrong quantity ordered, or no longer interested in the product.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, contact number, or email, and this results in non-delivery or missed updates, we will not be liable for a refund.
Refunds will also not be issued for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control.
